These terms of service govern your use of pittidxsnp's seafood supply services and website. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing pittidxsnp's website, placing orders, or engaging with our seafood supply services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, website visitors, and business partners.

pittidxsnp provides seafood supply services to restaurants and food service businesses throughout the Netherlands. Our services include:
Orders placed with pittidxsnp are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum order values may apply for delivery services. Current minimum order requirements and delivery charges are available upon request and may vary by location.
All orders are subject to our quality standards and food safety requirements. We may substitute products of equivalent quality when necessary due to availability constraints.
Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and may fluctuate based on market conditions, seasonal availability, and other factors affecting seafood supply. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
Payment terms are established individually with each customer based on credit assessment and business relationship. Standard payment terms range from immediate payment to net 30 days, depending on the agreement.
Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges. We reserve the right to require advance payment or security deposits from new customers.
Delivery schedules are arranged based on customer requirements and product availability. While we strive to meet agreed delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of goods. Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.
Temperature-controlled delivery is maintained throughout transport, but customers are responsible for proper storage upon receipt.
pittidxsnp maintains strict quality standards and HACCP certification. However, due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are limited to cases of demonstrable quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims for quality issues must be supported by photographic evidence and may require product samples for testing. Approved claims will result in credit or replacement products at our discretion.
No returns are accepted for products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.
All content on pittidxsnp's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of pittidxsnp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission. The pittidxsnp name and logo are trademarks of pittidxsnp B.V.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by pittidxsnp without compensation or attribution.
pittidxsnp's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific products involved in the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and even if pittidxsnp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
pittidxsnp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, supplier failures, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and delivery schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy legislation.
Either party may terminate the business relationship with reasonable notice. pittidxsnp reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other customers.
Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination.
Customers may close their accounts at any time by providing written notice, subject to fulfillment of all outstanding obligations.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
The parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the Rotterdam District Court shall have primary jurisdiction for commercial disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
pittidxsnp reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Significant changes to terms will be communicated to existing customers with reasonable advance notice when practicable.

These terms of service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and pittidxsnp regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
